Indian Creek has a plenty of additional community attractions designed for families, which are all FREE for our guests use. Young children will love the tot-lot playgrounds (there's 2 of them), and will spend hours on the climbing frames, swings and equipment. Older kids – and the young at heart – will enjoy playing in the sunshine on the Indian Creek putting green, tennis courts, soccer pitches, baseball nets, and lots of open spaces to enjoy. Just 2 minutes from the entrance, guests will find the famous highway 192 in Kissimmee – and the Formosa Gardens shopping mall and eatery. Some of the best known restaurants are located at Formosa Gardens, with an Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carrabba's Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell takeaways, as well as shops, a Winn Dixie supermarket, and much more.

Sun Falls Villa has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with a sumptuous sofa, love seat and easy-chair, 36-inch cable TV, and DVD player to enjoy and watch your favorite movie.

Step out from the family room in to the shaded lanai, and sit and eat al-fresco, or watch the warm Florida sun set to the West. Or step out on to the sun-baked pool deck, and dip in to the cooling and sparkling waters of the pool and separate bubbling spa pool! The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

Luxurious and slumber-soft sleeping accommodation awaits you when you stay at this wonderful property. The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, TV, nightstands with lamps and a clock/radio/alarm, dresser and a master bathroom with his 'n' hers vanity basins, walk-in shower, roman tub, toilet and walk-in closet. The second and third master bedrooms each provide either queen-size beds to sleepy guests, with nightstands and lamps, clock/radio/alarm, dresser, plus closet space and a master or adjoining bathroom. The last two bedrooms each offer the perfect "pad" for the kids - or the young at heart, both with 2 twin beds, nightstands with lamps, dressers and closet space. Each of these bedrooms has a nearby family bathroom.
